You will need 4 cans and make sure you put a lot of coats so it can come off nicely and search YouTube for prep but basically you want the rims as clean as possible and I'd mask off the tiresQuote:

i only used 3, but then again i usually put a white base to make the blaze colours pop more. In total i usually run about 7 or 8 coats including a couple glossifier
4 cans of color 3 cans of gloss. I use playing cards tucked into the rims to protect from overspray.
