Keep the wife in the know!
I was holding a package last night with the tank tap for new meth kit.
She asked if I was trying to hide it from her, I said if I was you would not have just seen it. She knows all.
And she loves being warm with the boosted furnace

Re: Random MS3 Chat Thread
No way I'm selling that car unless I have to. I have been thinking of upgrading to AWD in the future though. FWD in the winter is good but AWD would be awesome for when the snow banks are 2 ft high. Good news is my project is suppose to end April so snow will be gone and I can rip it in the speed again with summer tires :)

Nice, Fort McMurray is the real land of ice and snow. :chuckle
I know a few guys who work at Hatch in GTA. They're in the transportation division.
Should have brought the speed with you. Would have been fun to test it out in this craziness. :chuckle

Re: Random MS3 Chat Thread
I don't envy you out there. Plug the rental car in when/where you can.
I have to go back out there in a month or so for a few dozen installs and I'm not looking forward to it or the rental.

Connections? What is it that you need? I haven't checked what company the installs will be for but it's usually an on site job, sleep, back on site, etc until it's done then off to Edmonton and home. Don't really hang out, just work and sleep

I don't know yet. But if you're headed this way, I might as well get some stuff. I'll let you know before you head down if that's ok.

Re: Random MS3 Chat Thread
@ 5_Alive, I would at least change the RMM. Yesterday Sure was dropped as a Vendor on MSF (Mazdaspeed Forums). It was believed they were knowingly selling unsafe products (with very little R&D), they will not replace those products, & they stopped responding to people. Ive seen a picture of a sure RRM and it looked like Godzilla chewed it up and spat it out.
remember this http://www.torontomazda3.ca/forum/sh...-your-own-risk
Here is the MSF thread regarding all the known problems http://www.mazdaspeedforums.org/foru...enises-137822/

Re: Random MS3 Chat Thread
I have nothing except the RMM I may worry about.
The rest of the stuff I have installed is completely copy catted from everyone else. Can they F up the sts that bad???
I dont see any damage to it or around the rmm..

How long have you had it on? When the warmer weather comes (sometime in spring) take it out & have a look at it.

watch the bushing, listen for knocking. there have been multiple failed SURE RMM's, along with everything else they make that fails.

Re: Random MS3 Chat Thread
Sounds like another medieval parts company.
I've had the mount installed for around 3-4 months.
I'm not positive the ssp and counter weight eill fail to be completely honest..
But I'll keep my eyes on the rmm..
-
Re: Random MS3 Chat Thread
I'm running their ssp and weight too. Not too worried about them (actually quite like them).
Just happy I didn't buy some of their other stuff.

Haven't met her yet but the company is huge so maybe one day I will run into her if she is still with Hatch.

Pulled up behind a beige corolla last night heading up Pape on the way home.
Was only behind the corolla for 20 seconds when they pulled off to the side of the road to let me pass.
Jokes
