Getting laid would equate to better fuel economy... or at least your tank of gas would last longer... You would not be driving the car. ;)

Went up to 13.3 l/100km during my recent dealer created problems.
It seems like my mileage is getting worse, I have exactly 1/2 tank left (according to the fuel gauge needle), but only 200km on it.

But I have been driving short distances... I don\'t live too far from work.
the same thing happened to me every time I filled up my tank (usually fill up when 1/4 tank left).. so I kept driving until the \"low on gas\" light came on (first time I let it come on) and after I filled up the needle seems to be on track again (which is what I thought would happen).. that is, the needle goes down to half a tank after approx 240 km.. thus, I can only conclude shiet happens to the needle once in a while if u don\'t let the tank run down all the way.. well, that\'s my conclusion for now..Quote:

winter time usually burn more gas. compare to my winter/summer milage, it has around 10% difference
I\'m a bit dissapointed with the fuel economy on my \'04 M3 Sport GS. I just worked through 3/4 of my first tank of gas (which was filled by the dealership), and I only got about 300kms :(
I don\'t use it to drivr to work, just mainly for after-work use, 70% city driving, 30% highway driving. Maybe it\'s because I\'ve had so much fun driving it with my lead foot.:p
Oh, and it\'s a used car with 37,000 kms on it already.
I wasn\'t thrilled with \"dealer filled\" gas either. The needle seemed to have ran down pretty quickly compared to the regular gas I used.
I still have three quarters of my first tank to go through but I\'m not keeping my hopes up considering my drive in is all city streets with bumper to bumper traffic.

My Axela 2.3 is close to 3000kms on it and has been through 1 oil change so far. My last full tank gave me roughly 530kms (30% city (late night) / 70% hwy driving).. I just filled up a full tank this morning, I\'ll definately post how far I get.
APA is pushing manufacturers for changes in fuel economy rating. Perhaps we\'ll see a more realistic estimate next year.

about 100km.. by the end i was shitting my pants.. 80km is not a problem.. reserve is 10-12L so depending on the fuel economy but that translates to a tad over 100km..Quote:
