Ended up getting it for $360, got the box and all! Now I just have to figure out what to do with this thing!

Wouldn't there would be many many other complicating problems, like wiring/plugs and the fact that newer cars have to match the gauge cluster to the ECU?

I heard from somewhere that most newer cars won't even start if you change the cluster with the exact same one off another car, unless done by a dealer. Something with codes having to match in both the cluster and ecu and such things.

I don't know about Mazda's but on VW's the cluster, key and computer need to be from the same car for it to work.

not neccesarily, my buddy changed his gti gauge cluster and custom made it to fit the golf R gauge. everything works fine!

The computer must have been reprogrammed, just plugging the cluster in won't work.

i got rid of my V2 ap, i didnt like the dongle shit and the connection to the ap was sketchy... and slower logging rates.. i should prolly buy the one MPS is selling.... *sigh* f*** me
