with the coming of winter, this is the perfect opportunity to figure out what you want to achieve next year.
You are wrong lah, I posted a few.

For loki
Tomorrow I'm GONNA install my CP-E pump and I took a few logs today with the stock pump WOT 3rd gear I couldn't find a spot for 4th gear pulls. I'll post some logs tomorrow hopefully with the new pump!

be careful with the slippery roads. I'll bet you'll have traction issues given the road conditions.
This will affect your logs

Re: Random MS3 Chat Thread
Any opinions on balance shaft deletes?
Know its purpose, know additional oil volume is required, know that a baffle is a good idea, extra vibes = racecar. Missing anything?

At this point in the platform's development, the perceived need for BSD outweighs the benefits. At one point, the balance shaft was considered to be one of the culprits of causing undue stress on cylinder 3...the one that is most likely to go in almost all blown engines. Having deleted my balance shaft, and having seen what really goes into weakening cylinder 3 in several instances, I can safely say that at this point, with the depth of tuning access we now have with the engine, the balance shaft is the least of one's concern in prolonging engine life. Furthermore, as Mr Wilson alluded to, the extra vibes might be off putting to some.
To the enthusiast tho, the BSD presents another dimension to the car that is missed by those of us who grew up with more "raw" cars. With the BSD, the engine revs more freely and drop revs in stop 'n go traffic in a more predictable manner, which CAN further alleviate stop'n go lurching in the lower gears. As such, I feel it's more natural but this can be totally disregarded as my personal preference. The vibes, which are of the 2nd order, are only felt mostly when you engine brake...and those of us who engine brake would enjoy every feedback our machines give us and it's not of an offensive kind of vibe that'd lose a date.
The BSD requires removal of the oil pan. Be cautious of the associated risks of exposing the bottom of your engine, while keeping in mind the need to reform a proper gasket upon reinstallation.

Re: Random MS3 Chat Thread
Thanks Vince. Awesome response, and food for thought. One question, second paragraph, first line near the end, should it read 'Without the BSD, the engine revs.....'?

as Vince said, it's with, just the way he wrote it.
remember BSD is balance shaft delete, therefore reads, "with the balance shaft deleted, the engine revs more freely"

Re: Random MS3 Chat Thread
It only took reading 8 times (apparently I have dyslexia or a comprehension issues or just need to slow down) to get it. I figured with the BSD it would do the above.....but for some reason my brain was reversing it.

Re: Random MS3 Chat Thread
Fuel pump and a cobb TIP went in yesterday! It was a bit of a battle! Still running the stage 1 tune until my tank of 91 is finished and then I'm gonna fill up with 94 and load up the stage 2 tune and get some proper logs!
