too much poke?
IMO, too much. Pop some flares on that though and call 'er a day.
yeah, fronts IMO are perfect, but the rears are pushing it. but yeah with flares I think it'd be awesome
Too much poke, looks like what Shavi's car would look like with no camber. Basically one extreme to the other.
^ +1
I just want to see how it drives lol
that is so hot zomg
like the front, close to liking the rear. its a little too much. the red speed3 is so hot tho....

haha casey jones.
That's the OEM lip
Fenders kinda kill it for me.
But I do like the side profile.

To get over the speedbump lmao!
And personally, I think they did a great job on the fenders given what was necessary to make the wheels fit. but that's just imo
Ahh idk man, from wht I've read (haven't actually spoken to the driver) he's put a LOT of work into his stance, but who knows lol
If you see some up-close shots, the flare is actually pretty clean and uniform.
That's the thing, you can put in a lot of work and make the flare as nice as possible, but you've still got that stock crease screwing up the look. I really hate how the fenders flare outwards going down from that crease, and it kills me on every car I see like that (including some great 350Z etc). I know its a limitation that you can't get around without a LOT of cash and/or work, but it has always bugged me. Hell, even my fronts have a bit of this going on (which isn't surprising considering I put about 10 minutes of work into each one) and its not really noticeable to anyone, but I see it and it still bugs me.

Clean???
Anyway I'm not trying to take anything away from him (as I couldn't do a better job pulling that far) but I just like things a little cleaner on my own ride and I have enough rust issues as it is.
^ Those were the pics I've been looking for.
Don't get me wrong, he's put a lot of work into his ride, and it does look nice, but I've had my share of fender and rust problems. And if it were on my car, it would bother me.

this thread makes me want a mazda3 again....
lift kit, plus low offset 17s or 18's, and 35's, would put me up around $4-5k
I like the bagged one quite a bit. And I love Shavi's front fitment and wheels
looks clean, but I have to hand it to the VW guys for throwing on the 'vette salad shooters first
i like all 4 wheels to have the same amount of camber and fitment - not a fan of the staggered rear and 45 degree camber
the fender work on that other black one is hidious - looks good from far but far from good lol
Yeah sorry guys about saying it was clean lol. Don't know what i was thinkin'
As for the other two, the black one on the shooters looks good, I just wish he'd stop posting cameraphone pics lol. And I liked shavi's car like a year ago when he was on Battles and didn't have such absurd camber in the back.
