Yeah, very little exterior damage, looked like nothing to me. But apparently the wiring harness needs to be replaced... Preliminary verbal quote was 6k+ before paint and before replacing the drivers side axle which they deemed damaged.
I told them to splice the torn wires if possible and they said they'd see what they could do.

LOL I justified it by telling myself I've had the wheels long enough that I don't consider the purchase price anymore, and that they are impossible to sell without a complete set of caps. In the spirit of transparency, I actually bought four brand new logo caps, four new hex's (hex isn't really the right term), and one new plate.

So I got my orders in. Turns out that not all RSII waffle plates are created equal. So I have to try to source another of the proper plate (this time I'm double checking the part stamp before ordering :rant)
Anyway, at least I got these:
