for some reason after my car is on and i've shifted and then gone back into park the rmp's go up to 2, goes back down a few seconds later, but its definitely not normal - I'm thinking maybe something from when i got my transmission oil changed.. if not hopefully nothing to serious

Yeah, I'm thinking maybe something with the air filter since they changed it, maybe they did something wrong, I'm not sure, the mechanics attached to the body shop did it, not my regular mechanic so its possible they f'd up
How much have you driven sinse you got it back. It could just be your ecu learning again. If I unplug my batt it takes a day or so till my car runs normal. Last time it would stall any time I came to a stop with the clutch in.
