@Jsquared sounds like a plan! Last week I stopped by Yorkdale and spotted the AMG version and boy does it ever look better than the 250 model? Not sure what the base model is anyways but buddy couldn't park worth shiet :s

I have a work laptop as well and a work-issued phone which somehow does not know when to shut up. LOL

Thing is I can't do the same as my work is only a 10-minute drive....and then I guess I just enjoy driving. :)

I'm jealous. They just started rolling out think pads to some of the sr. People at my work. It's probably for the best anyways, I probably wouldn't get any work done at home.

I live about 14km away from work but it takes me nearly an hour sometimes because I have to go across either Eglinton or St. Clair. It's the worst!

14 km is still far if you ask me plus you are located downtown, can't blame you.

My 10-minute drive is a measly 4.9 km -- lots of intersections.

I compare the 250 vs 45AMG like the Mazda 3 vs Mazdaspeed 3. Just enough subtle differences to make it stand out. Bad parking? Even with all those sensors and back up camera...dam lol

It's not as easy as you think to work from home...there are too many distractions. I have the option to work from home whenever I want, but never do it because I'd get nothing done.

That would be so nice though. Ohh I don't wanna go to work today so Ill just get outta bed and work on my laptop and get paid for it. 14km aint nothing. 70km 1 way ;). And good morning. LOL! Well compared to my commute, Jen has it farther. I used to work downtown as well and the back-and-forth drive was somwhere around 110kms, didn't really mind it.

I once worked with someone who commuted from Fergus to Toronto, car was racking up mileage pretty quick.

Agreed.

The only time i work from home is if i have a specific project in progress that requires nobody else. Working my day-to-day at home ends up with me starting something around the house
