The guy that told me about it said that there's a good chance that we'll get it. I just hope they don't underbid and screw everything/everyone over in the long run.
I was gonna suggest just to underbid and charge whatever you guys like. That's what everyone else does. No one ever gets in trouble. Lol.
Hard to do because once you bid, you're gonna be stuck with that budget until the project finishes. Would be worst if operation and maintenance is included in the bid; would most likely dip into the profit if problems occur during construction. It's a crazy world I tell ya. :chuckleQuote:
