I paid $179/mo in Ottawa and now since I moved to Toronto I am privileged to pay $387. Thank you Toronto drivers for making Etobicoke the worst area of Ontario to be insured in! :chuckle I have had my full G for several years, no accidents and all discounts on A plan with State Farm.

I just switched over to Johnson Insurance as well after CAA increased their premium on me after being with them for 3 years.
I must say I was happy to save $19/month when I switched from my 2007 Honda Civic to my 2009 Mazda 3. No one would believe me at work when I told them the Mazda was going to be cheaper to insure but ha! so there!
I got mine with TD, $137 a month.
Thanks to my Husband, we are going with a new renewal rate of $322.00 per month effective February.:flaming
And I am still considered a 9 Star plus but as we only have the one car, Our Insurance is now a 0 Star

I am forced to back pay right now actually, as State Farm just switched me over to T.O rates even though I told them I moved 4 months ago, so I have to pay the difference over the next 2 more months which works out to $587/mo which I paid this month! I'm trying to find out about Johnson Insurrance but the woman is away until Jan 2nd so I have to wait. I noticed a lot of people switching over to them, so I hope they can offer me a better rate. I love my agent at State Farm, but I do not love the company and after 5 years I will switch if the rate is better. No question.

Well it appears I got my renewal from my insurance company and they dropped my rate to $120/mnth on my Speed3.

Found a MUCH cheaper rate. For both of us, with ME as the main driver and full coverage. $173.00 per Month with RBC Insurance. Also I am a 7 Star (Their highest rate) and Homer is a 5 Star.
The sad part is though if not for the one accident Hubby had last year, we could have been paying.

Noticing how many people have had good luck with Johnson Insurance here I went for a quote today at the Richmond Hill branch, and I'm proud to say I will be saving roughly $100/month over my State Farm cost! :) From around $387 down to $282 hooray for Johnson!!! And a big thank you to all of you guys who may not know you suggested it but did!

That's similar to mine; $33xx/year for me but I've had my G since '06, and i have $1000/$1000 so once you get your full G license you'll probably be cheaper than I am.
