I saw one yesterday...

So it's looking like this is all happening sooner than I thought. The realtor came by to take pictures and video of my place, and it hits the market next week. The longest a place in my building has been up for sale in the past 4 years is 16 days, so I'm going to have to be ready to boogie soon.
