Khem, we can decide as a group when we get closer to the date but I think it's best if everyone meets at the Tim Horton's on the North side of the 401 in that area. Everyone can grab a coffee while we wait for the rest to show up. I think it'll make for an easier roll out as well so nobody gets left behind. I think we should also try and leave a bit earlier just in case we run into unexpected traffic.
We can set up a separate thread a couple weeks before and hash all this stuff out as a group. We're still waiting on a bunch more KW guys to register anyway.
Yea, I agree that its to early and that we should rather meet at a Timmies.. I only know of the one across from BP at Hespeler / Pinebush.. Its tough to get on 401 from that side so I never mentioned it, but if there's one just north of 401 that might be a better spot..Quote:

I was thinking to have our 1st one in Cambridge or Brantford this weekend or next(due to the long weekend people might already have plans) and we'll say the HfH pre meet will be our Sept meet(or we can have one sooner).. I'm hoping this will encourage people from our area's to come out and participate, and to keep people interested. We will never have the same spot twice.. we should have a meet spot in each area and rotate out of fairness and member interest so certain people dont always have to take the "longest ride" and lose the their interest.
Please let me know if the long weekend is no good.. I was thinking Sat Sept 1st for the "ice breaker".
