I passed my job on to somebody else, so I'm not really as involved as before. Plus I haven't been to this site in a number of years but it is a decent size. Seemed like the perfect size at the time, but whom I've passed it on to has blown it up social media wise so I am worried about space too. But he has been working hard at it so maybe he's planned for it. I am not sure what he has organized with Liberty Auto Sports - its right across the street - may have people park there as well. Plus when I was looking into it, you technically can have cars parallel park down the road as well - very low traffic road.
