I know the US sites says late availability for the Tech Package. Is that the same for Canada?

Quick q.. can the blind spot monitoring be added easily by the dealership? That's the only thing I would need from the tech package (and it's standard even on lower-end models in US..)

There are too many parts (ie indicators in mirrors, radar sensors in the bumpers).
