Don't worry the 90 at the bottom of my oil tank froze solid the other morning woke up to a 56 degree house, found the issue to be we heat with wood and the oil furnace does not kick until 3 am and at -30ish with the wind chill the oil line froze before the heat kicked on that morning the area is insulated now and I purchased a water removing sock that soaks up any water from the bottom of the tank
Not worried. Lopped off the pipe before the 90, pipe is clear...closer look the sump was seperating between the cast housing and the plastic pickup...path of least resistance...so ill fix er up tomorrow

That's almost identical to what I've done but was a 35 year originally and is now just under 10 years. It's amazing how increasing your payments even just a little bit can reduce the term of the mortgage.Quote:
