Re: TM3 Home Owners Association
The garage itself is 25x45 there is 25 x 25 workshop that is insulated and heated and the front 20 feet is garage for the car, great set up specially since I work from home and usually need a warm space to assemble equipment

Re: TM3 Home Owners Association
grabbed 7 bags of roxul last weekend, gonna stuff that ish up in the garage
sump discharge line froze up on me....methyl alcohol currently soaking the blockage lol

Re: TM3 Home Owners Association
Don't worry the 90 at the bottom of my oil tank froze solid the other morning woke up to a 56 degree house, found the issue to be we heat with wood and the oil furnace does not kick until 3 am and at -30ish with the wind chill the oil line froze before the heat kicked on that morning the area is insulated now and I purchased a water removing sock that soaks up any water from the bottom of the tank
-
Re: TM3 Home Owners Association
Not worried. Lopped off the pipe before the 90, pipe is clear...closer look the sump was seperating between the cast housing and the plastic pickup...path of least resistance...so ill fix er up tomorrow

Re: TM3 Home Owners Association
In April I would have owned my house for 6 years
In those 6 years I have reduced my mortgage from 25 years to just over 9 years
This is why Mrs. Loki does the finances

That's almost identical to what I've done but was a 35 year originally and is now just under 10 years. It's amazing how increasing your payments even just a little bit can reduce the term of the mortgage.

Re: TM3 Home Owners Association
I wish I had extra money. I'm still paying off my student debt.
Been living here for about 3 years, and the "principle" of my mortgage has only gone down about 10 grand. :(

Re: TM3 Home Owners Association
I wish I stuck with a variable rate when I got the new house.
