Random MS3 Chat Thread

This dope here on TM3 commits to buy the tires I am selling... Has me going all weekend that we are good to meet up. The plan was for me to drive down to Ajax to where he lives to deliver him the tires. My car broke down last night so I confirmed with him that we were still good and he confirmed yes. I get the tires out of storage, load them into a borrowed car last night and take them to work with me today so I can drive down a deliver them. Dingus tells me just now that he found other tires and bails on me lol. If whoever is selling maxewell12 these tires reads this PM me, I'll pay you $50 more then he is offering.

How long have you guys been talking? Did he contact you today?

yesterday he sent me a pm, but I didn't reply till a couple of hours ago. He offered $320 I said $380 from my original $400 then he said he'll take them and will be at over in 25 mins as he lives close to me.

Which one do you have? The premium or the regular gauge? I can't remember if the wiring harness changes, but I have a regular sender unit in the garage. Send me a pic to see if they match...

I have the premium one....

I was cleaning my air filter over the weekend and decided to waterproof my sender. That's prob what messed it up. However... it's fine now. I jiggled the wire a bit and it's working fine. PROSPORT FTW!!!! Thanks for your generous offer @-cj-.

Anyone have a spare engine stand not being used? I was going to buy a new one to start tearing down an engine but I thought I would give this a try first.

I know it's a long shot but you never know... I found a block to tear down, bore out/hone and rebuild :) I am thinking I will gather parts over the summer/winter (I will purchase most of the rebuild parts on black friday @ edgeautosports) of this year to have it ready for next summer.

I have one, but where are you located? Tokay444 will be using it soon as he has my engine hoist at the moment.

LoL Tokay's been about to pull his motor since last year...


Engine stands come up on kijiji for $50 or less all the time, given how long a block can sit on a stand I'd opt to buy one.
