The Right way to merge onto a highway...

Well, you're clearly in his blindspot. Why shouldn't he just merge across 3 lanes?
While @sudz is not being defensive and landed in the blindspot. Driver of Charger clearly demonstrate lack of ability to conduct the lane change safely, which forced sudz to swerve.
Agreed. And not that it is an excuse - it was damn near 3am and I was dangerously tired. Cruise was on, I figured he had a clear lane to travel in, there would be no logical reason for him to decide to cut across two lanes to drive in the exact same spot I was currently occupying. Also, He continued to weave lanes until we split at QEW/403@ brant. I called the cops. He also did not react at ALL to my honk or my flashing highbeams.
How did you want him to react to your flashing and honking? Hold up a sign saying he's sorry?
He merged, maybe didn't check, maybe you were in his blind spot. Maybe he merged to the middle lane so that he doesn't have to have people merge onto the highway infront of him later on.
You can't be serious? How long have you been driving and do you know what proper driving is in the first place? ...Seriously.
The proper reaction would have been for that idiot to move back into the right lane, which he had came from and which he should have stayed in, in the first place!! Crossing more then one lane at a time is a definite idiotic move, especially when merging, unless you are 100% sure the way is clear. It doesn't matter if Sudz was eventually in his blind spot, the idiot should have looked over his shoulder or better yet, should have known sudz was there before he even changed lanes. If he had used proper methods of 'scanning' for 'proper situational awareness' a close call would have never happened...One of my pet peeves is how most morons on the road have no clue about proper merging or how dangerous it is too change multiple lanes on the highway.

I knew I shouldn't have cleared my ignore list. You must have slipped through the filter....
This is getting intense... Can't we all just get along? I could have been driving better, however I have the right to continue driving forward in my lane, and he took that right of way with an illegal lane change, proceeded to ignore my horn and highbeams, and weave and wander lanes. Cops were called as I strongly believed he was drunk and it was 3am on a Friday night.
Back to posting videos all.
obviously the other guys fault.
but drive/ride like the other person is going to make the wrong decision or move and it will save you from being in possible accident situations.
Caught deadmau5 and his buddies rolling by on their way into Milton I'm guessing.

I love how the cop that he passes is just standing there watching and doing nothing.
LOL this type of thing is frequent along Richmond St West and Spadina. Its pretty hilarious
Not exactly a dashcam, it was mounted on the front bumper. However that is me in the Speed3 being followed by an M235i on the Tail of the Dragon:

The BMW was on "stock" pirelli's. It's the M-sport track edition of the car (comes with an LSD and bigger rims & tires). My speed3 was on some Goodyear GT's (I think). To be honest, my 3 is stock as a rock and my everyday beater. I was down there for the annual Deal's Gap Rotary Rally (a primarily RX-7 meet) but I'm unwilling to drive my 7 the 1400km's each way, so every year I bring the 3.
The Dragon is a road that makes power (relatively) irrelevant. Torque is important for pulling out of the tight corners, but the 3 does just fine. A very technical, very fun road to drive and I'll be back down there again next year.

The goggles got me lol.

Sooo,
Ive had Defy Media (break.com) reach out to me and offer me 2 offers for a video I posted, anyone deal with this before?
Option 1 was $100 upfront for the video and they own,
Option 2 - $50 upfront, and 50/50% split on ad revenue (Ive made almost nothing on it so far on youtube, as its under 300 views)..
I was going with option 2, but trying to see if anyone has done this before, Ive only found 2 similar threads on reddit.
take a gamble on option 2.
That's still 50 bucks more than you had before even if no one watches it.
