11:45 - Mavis and Courtneypark, ( near St. Marceillunus High School) Brown driver, along with another brown dude. Silver Hatch, relocated license plate. Appeared to have HID's for both headlight and fogs.

Saw a full body kit Yellow 3 sedan with a either a carbon fibre backend/bumper or grey backend that needs to be painted, evil M badge on the trunk on eastbound 401 around Kennedy around 840am this morning. You were driving behind me and then switched lanes to pass me. I was gonna look over and keep up with you but then some complete asshat decided they didn't want to get off the highway and cut from rightmost exit lane back onto the highway and I had to jam on the brakes.
