Flush is flush... have to run unsafe and stupid camber to fit wheels doesn't make sense to me.
I like the look of flush... and that it's functional, but these are not flush.

well the miata's wheels do fit in the fender and the only point showing is the stretch.. the subi the top of the wheel is not even close to being inside the fender.. plus miatas can pull off that large fat tire for some reason.. subis not so much. "IMO"
Will - You so crazy... those wheels on the Miata don't fit inside at all... they are outside the fender lol. I don;t know about the front, but the rear anyways.
No one can explain why they run an unsafe setup, other than it looks cool lol.
-John
LOL no man i mean the tread on the top of the tire is inside the fender.. but i am crazy... just a little?
Yeah, with the miata and subi, it's not hellaflush, that's stretch & poke.
Hella poke.
im a hella poke you man...
no homo
lol
You keep your poke away from me lmao
what? i just wanna make it flush?
Meanwhile back in normal town

From 30ft away, you can see the hood fits poorly, and the fender flares look like cheap add-ons.... but hey, he fit some wheels that were not supposed to fit!!!! lol
lol he did that to his hood... its called hood rake? i think or something like that
I think the fender flares are supposed to look like that.
The hood doesn't look that bad in the pic, but it def could be fixed.
The flares are actually pretty expensive as well lol, well over a grand painted and installed (according to my research which may or may not be accurate), but they are supposed to stand out as bolt on pieces, part of the look he was going for
MFC has always been more on the crazy side
I've seen the hood like that on other cars, any reason behind it? initially cooling but now appearance?
i dont really know but i believe it started as a thing in japan or even the honda scene when you needed to fit a bigger motor but didnt want to cut the hood... or something like that... im prob way off
Makes sense, cheers kappa.
I was more referring to basic driving laws like stopping in the middle of the road for bumps, etc. but yes this is true. Many of the things we all do to our cars on here is classified as "illegal" in the same sense; tints, smoked lights, even eyelids are illegal lol
Yeah, the hood thing was started for function. If it's done for no reason... fail.
Rubbing is illegal, and so is camber. Back in the Darknights days they used to tow a lot of people for excessive camber wear.
I recently read that the flares for that car were found in a shop for a different car entirely (no one knew what) and are 1 of 1.
