FYI: I used to live in Loretto on County Road #1. lol

It does affect insurence, my old broker told me to keep my parrents addy for insurence, and frankly i move alot so minus household bills, all my mail goes there( packages, bank stuff, laon stuff ect ect.)

My insurance is going up $12/bucks a month to $224. No tickets, accident free. Apparently Warden/401 is a brutal intersection to be living around!

21, 1 ticket, full coverage with $500 deductible all around, I live in collingwood, ON and I pay $237/mth with an AZ license which doesn't do much for insurance costs lol

That's what I did. I live in North York but my parent's address is York. :P Can't wait 'til my renewal this August, premium should be lower by then.

my rents live north of hwy 9, which apparantly makes it easier on insurence.

I used to play Loretto in softball. Played there a few time.

My parrents actually live closer to schomberg or bondhead but for some reason there addy says tottenham, its about 20 min away, compared to 5 for schomberg or bondhead.

If you talk to your insurance company they will tell you that no matter the points or not a moving violation will still affect your insurance by 5 percent each ticket..... I have 2 no points and my insurance is up 10 percent..... One of my tickets was off three days after my renewal and they didn't let me off pricks BELL AIR..... I know this is an old post just had to get that off my chest lol

I'm 41 with no tickets and no accidents. SSQ quoted me $783+5% tax for a 2011 Mazda 3 GX. The price was about $40 less if I selected 'not used to commute'. So something is strange. I even tried telling it I was part of a group and got only about $10 off.

I've called in Johnson Insurance and I was told to call either TD Insurance or StateFarm. LOL

He told me to call them because they won't do any quote by phone and I would have to book an appointment which is only available on JUNE!!!!!!!

Why not try either online quote or call another johnsons

Same with me. I called them and they wouldn't quote me at all because i was a first time auto insurance buyer.. I did a quote online and got a really good cheap dealer.. Bloody bastards wouldn't let me have it and told me to call back after I have 1 year XP with another company.... its unfortunate though.. heard they are decently better than most. I ended up with TD which is ok.

I have tried online and I couldn't get a quote. Just like StateFarm, it says I need to call them...

My case is a bit different from most of you guys. I had a Quebec Driver's License (Class 5 = G full). My wife and I've got our G2 on march 2011.

So, It's tricky because online quote asks what is your current Driver's license and when you have got it. March 2011, which is not true. So, I really need to call them and make them check my backgroud...

TD Insurance is the only one so far that asks if you have had a license from other province.
