So it's about that time of year where we all get stoked on our cars and outline our big plans for the summer. This is what this post is for.

Plans (obviously tentative) include

Refurb wheels + spacers
BC Coils
Repaint eyelids, grille and lip
MS3 exhaust (this is a maybe)


...who am I kidding, these are all maybes.

LOL, it's wood... nice and soft, and the lips are being refinished anyway :P


Anyway, since I've officially started, my plans are as follows:

-CWP paint-matched faces
-Gold RS Bolts
-Genuine BBS red caps
-Mirror polished hex caps & lips
-10mm offset change

How are you changing the offset again?

Dwarfs in the wheel wells holding the hubs out further.

Are you trying the face spacer thing you were purposing?

Haha, depends on how much I can get the face spacers made for. I'm not opposed to using 10mm on the hub, but if the cost is all the same I'll do my fancy 5mm magical spacer of doom (tm) and 5mm on the hub

seriously... 5 dremel reinforced metal cutting blades later and I have half of one wheel's bolts cut. Titanium is hard as hell...

Lol no shit! Didn't realize these were non-removable bolts!

Thanks guys! :) I'm in no real rush to install them cause I still have quite a bit of work to do on my wheels. But we'll see... There may be a KW suspension install party coming up soon :)

Installed coils today :D
Rebound damping is set to about half, rear is max height and front can come down almost 1.5" yet. Much more comfortable than I was expecting! More low to come, one of these days I'll get my wheels finished too, lol

Lemme know if you still need those offset spacers cut for your BBS wheels....I could get them laser cut at work out of stainless or aluminum. I'm not a P. Eng and I wont garuantee them as being safe, but in my opinion what you proposed isnt unreasonable.
