My wife is 30, 100% clean record, car is an owned, 2010 Mazda3 sport GT luxury, full coverage incl $2m liability for about $98/mo.
We live in Thornhill. But she's a lawyer and we get a stupidly good group rate. I pay $221/mo total for two of us ($121/mo for me, also 30 and clean, on a 2008 Civic Si).

No tickets, within the last 5. Just actually USING my insurance for my break ins / thefts has ****ed me.
From the 7 vehicles I ever owned, I found the insurance difference amongst different models is minimal. Only $5-15 difference per month. (Not luxary cars of course). Premium is more driver and district dependent. My Mazda 3 is 119/month, my Nissan Rogue is 113/month. Driving to work 40km each way from Pickering to Toronto.
In recent years, premium does go up year after year though even if you have no ticket and no claim. Companies are getting more greedy. (although I still think that insurance companies are not too bad when companed to oil companies!:flaming)
Moved to Calgary from Mississauga hoping to get a good price, but the best I can find is $3000/yr with aviva (full coverage) for my 2008 mazda 3
i just switched to allstate from statefarm. saved me over 2k a year. but i'm still paying 300+ a month :(
Paying $171 per month, TD Meloche Monnex. That's with about $600 discount yearly for being a Waterloo graduate. No other insurance quote came close.

im with State Farm and my insurance is about $230/month for my 08 Mazda3 GT sedan since I am under 25 still. This is with the multi-car, home insurance, and good driving record discounts
Always been with TD Meloche Monnex, none could even come close, except North general insurance, about $2 more/m

My insurance just went down $17/mth when I updated my address since I've moved out of Mississauga, and I'm not under my parents' names...................
$190/mth.... 27 year old, no accidents, no tickets in 5 years, no claims... le sigh.
both me and my wife have our insurane with TD insurance.

I recently got a speeding ticket, but chose the option to go to court to fight it. My insurance policy is going to be renewed in June. Since I haven't been "convicted" or "proven guilty" of the speeding charge yet, this ticket won't affect my renewal right?
