Re: pwdunmore's 2012 Mazdaspeed3
Just added on my TMM and PMM from the JBR order and omg... such a huge difference in driving experience. If you can put up with hearing the engine this is worth every penny (you can hear the valves tapping and when the clutch is out the transmission spins). There is no more slop when shifting because the engine is learching forward or backward. The car just goes now and it makes me all warm and fuzzy inside lol... Plus the mounts haven't even broke in yet so I am sure most of the NVH will die down but who gives a f***... the positives far outweigh the negatives
Mounts installed:
88a Transmission mount
80a Passenger side mount
Existing Mounts:
88a Rear Motor Mount
I still have to install my EGR delete, 3'' Intake and Coolant bypass/Thottle body gasket and Meth kit... this I will be up and tuning with Fobio. Just need to make some time for it but this will be a fun couple of weeks. I am super happy with my purchases from JBR and if anyone is looking for stuff for their mazda I highly recommend checking out what they have in stock. Great Customer service and quality pieces.
Ohhh and I am getting some rims and tires put on soon so I will update the thread when I do!

Re: pwdunmore's 2012 Mazdaspeed3

Nah, I got a special spout that I am going to mount in the engine bay and run a hose + 90* fitting to the top of the tank. It's gonna look like I have two WWF tanks but I am going to label one as "Crystal Meth ONLY!".
Had to order the parts from the states because no one makes spouts for cheap here in the great white steamy north lol...

Yes. Light weight. There are other low weight wheels available you just need to do some research.
Re: pwdunmore's 2012 Mazdaspeed3
I got them because I knew people ran them without issues and they are super light. Never thought I would own a set but now I do :)

plus, they designed for heavy duty tracking/ extra strength tests, and i even heard, but not confirmed that the design of the rim helps cool the brakes somewhat? can someone confirm?
what specs did you get for yours?
Re: pwdunmore's 2012 Mazdaspeed3
17 x 9 45+ offset, no spacers, stock suspension, adjustable camber arms put in for better alignment with wider wheels

Rpf1s are light, strong and most importantly they are quite inexpensive

Sorry thrizzle... had to copy your style after seeing how sexy they look lol
Re: pwdunmore's 2012 Mazdaspeed3
So I got my Meth all hooked up but I think my MAF wire tap isn't getting signal... gonna test it out tonight. Left it unhooked for now, I am gonna get some vacuum tube and a t-fitting just in case so I can always run off boost as a back up.
I think the wire tap is too big for the tiny maf wire but I will have to check it all tonight... stayed up until 1 last night getting it all finished...
Re: pwdunmore's 2012 Mazdaspeed3
cant wait to see how the difference feels!

okay fack_dude :P
Fixed my issue, the MAF wire tap didn't go through the middle MAF wire's insulation lol... wiggled it a bit a repressed it and bam! BATs dropped like a rock!
110F to 70F sometimes even more :)
I have it going on at 2.5v and full at 4.5v which is good for now cuz it doesn't pump when puttering around but when i want to get going it starts to spray.
LTFT and STFT are all within my MAF calibration so no leaks (+/- 1%). I will post some pics tonight after i tidy up my wires.
Tuning results to come!
Re: pwdunmore's 2012 Mazdaspeed3
Its the truth until you start tuning for meth and adding timing

Re: pwdunmore's 2012 Mazdaspeed3
Tune is done! Gonna wait for Vince you post the results because troll :) I would like to thank Mspeed/Vince for all the knowledge and support over the last 1.5 years, it's been amazing building the car to where it is. Maybe one day the Big turbo will go in but until then... this car is a beast for a mazda!
