Awesome work! Looks amazing
looks amazing man....I've been wanting to wrap mine black for soooo long. I'd love to see this in person sometime
If you're looking for another vehicle to perfect your skills on, lemme know ;)
Great work! Car looks slick and still very original
Nice! Looks good. Kudos for doing it yourself as well!
Awesome job with the wrap, looks amazing indeed!!
wow looks amazing! ill put this on the to do list for one day..... lol
Great job! I do feel that the plastidip on the taillights takes away from it a little bit..but either way it looks great, kudos for doing it yourself
Looks amazing great job! And I agree, $350 is cheap for a whole car wrap.
What did you do with your rims? It looks almost identical to my '07 snowflakes. :)
wow! that looks amazing! :hawt love the look of it!
I got my rims done by quy from the forum, he does great work.
I'll try to throw some more pictures up tonight.
First time? That looks awesome!
Awesome job!!!
Love the mascara vinyl eyelid. I attempted that once and failed so no one ever saw the light of it lol. Great job
Looks fantastic man! Great job!
I'm very impressed. I would love to try this myself but I've found I don't have the knack for doing vinyl on large surfaces.
Wow gorgeous :hawt
I love it!
Agreed. The largest serface I did was my gas cover, and I still dont know how to work it around corners and bends, but it was also CF so I didn twant to heat it too much.
Wish I could see pictures at work, but imgur and all the more popular image sites are blocked... D:
good job for tackling this yourself
what kind of "mistakes"?
did you have to remove any of the panels/parts to complete this?
Very nice outcome! What does the complete rear look like?
Looks great for a "first time" job. Congrats on doing it yourself also. I really like the vinyl on the headlights, not too sure about the smoked plasti-dip on the rears though.
Looks great man. Nice work.
There are cut lines all over. Pros wrap in one piece so there arent any cut lines.
Also not sure what kind of vinyl it was but it wasnt pro stuff cus that way lower than it should be.
You shouldnt have to remove anything to do it. Maybe just the grill and skirts. All body parts can be done ON the car.
Holy smokes, looks incredibly well-done for a DIY project! Very nice!
Looks awesome! Well done.
DAYMMMMMMMM :hawt
That looks amazing. You should be super proud of yourself!
would love to see it in person
looks awesome...i'm looking to get PKs soon
looks amazing from the photos, good job! i would never have the patience to do a project this big on my own lol
Looks good. You must have a lot of patience.
The matte stuff is really difficult to keep from getting a sheen on it.
The mistakes are
1) a few of the seams are not as straight as i would have liked.
2) The passenger side door I want to re do as it was the first panel I started with and they vinyl had a few bubbles. I was still learning how to use the vinyl.
Other than that for a first time attempt I think it turned out great, I realize nothing can compare to the professionals who do it for a living lol... thanks for the compliments Ill have to make it to a meet and show those who want to see it.
The vinyl I used was Oracal 970ra, for the body and 3M 1080 scotch-print for the roof and hood. I wanted a 2 tone matte finish which the pictures don't do justice. Ill try to post some more.
It wouldnt be too hard in getting a seamless job you just need more vinyl to cover the area thats all. I didnt have enough lol....
rims next ! lol
Batman would be jealous...
Damn that's hot. Wish I had the balls and patience and skill to do this damn. Need practice ;)?
