i blame you. in the mspeed 'mod path series', i didn't see you mention that reading the manual is a requirement. maybe you should hold a seminar on were to find the manual, how to use the index...

to turn it off I just have to hold it and the light indicator on the cluster comes on (im assuming thats off).
what benefit is there to disabling it altogether?
careful bro, you might lose to some vtec and die.

Exactly 100km/h on the highway, no more, no less.

Try launching hard with it on and then off (with some wheel spin) and do a hard shift into second before the rpm drops from first (to get it to chirp into second) with it on and off as well and you will understand why it's best to turn dsc off for anything but cruise control highway driving.

I did a 4th gear pull today on my way to school on the highway...then a white charger with lights (off) came up behind me in a hurry, I thought I was toast. Turns out it was a EMS car, never seen one of these before.
When I get my AP I dont think I will be logging alone, I'm going to have someone cruise up ahead and give me the ok before I get myself into trouble.

why don't you scope out the area first to make sure it's clear before you decide to do a pull.
Re: Random MS3 Chat Thread
Like I said before in a thread that was closed.
End of 410 North before Valleywood is the best

... there was a reason why that thread was closed....
Re: Random MS3 Chat Thread
Just a thought, if people want to share info about where they do their pulls/logs, send a text/PM or something private. We don't want anybody getting into trouble plus this can easily be used as a police tool to track down street racers.

I did...but the ramp that I did it on you cant see traffic coming up behind you, its very resistricted, but you can see out in front of you all the way. It was a one time thing, just wanted to see what I had to do before, during after a pull, I even simulated pressing the AP button as a measure of timing.
looking for ward.
I probably wont do any more on the hwy though, I know better places.
Re: Random MS3 Chat Thread
I think highway is best because the road is usually perfectly flat whereas doing it up North is bumpy as hell and in turn more dangerous at higher speeds.
Re: Random MS3 Chat Thread
freshly paved asphalt on a 3km (ish) long deserted road...
