Bought a year and 4 months ago at 98K, engine still running well.. But that engine replacement scares me a bit....

That would be for the 2.3 :) I work with someone who had the mazda6 with the 2.3 and had an engine failure as well.

My 2.0 better hold out another 100k - 116 now.

Whew.. A little relieved I would say... :) I hope mine holds for another 100K too..

I work with somebody who has a Mazda6 2.3L as well... His runs well at 160K, all stock.

My 2010 MZ3 is getting older....38,xxxkm :(

181k kms still going :D

i bought my car used and the engine was complete crap, i had to add 1 litre of oil in between oil changes because it would disappear. mazda couldn't figure it out so they replaced my engine under warranty. this isn't a normal thing to happen.

No, not normal at all... I mean, they didn't accidentally put in a rotary in your car right? :) Good thing they replaced it though. I got mine used as well, I'm hoping that it will reach 200K or hopefully more..

yea im glad they did too :) im sure you'll reach 200k no problem, as long as you don't drive like a maniac :P

110,999 as it sits parked. Should be just over 112,000 by next week.
