I actually took one out from an 08 to swap in, but it still didn't fit properly, which was quite odd. Even the 08 foam piece needed trimming. Was quite strange, but I just stopped trying to figure it out, and took a saw to it haha

It's most likely because of your colour of your car and the colour of your wheels, the camera sensor tries to auto white balance it. Also, it's at night time so cameras have tougher time auto white balancing!

BTW Sorry about your wheels! It should be a simple fix once you grab the paint code off the person you painted it with!

I have a teal watch that even my DSLR won't reproduce properly, let alone my cellphone. It always comes out blue until I tweak it in Lightroom.

Meh, the "changing colors" of the wheels match the car as well I guess, since the dip also changes with lighting conditions. Keeps things interesting lol

Honestly bluegreens never seem to capture properly. Half the time my wheels look blue, half the time grey, half the time green. 150% different.

Yeah photographing that colour will be a challenge..

At least it's not red!

I think the colour came out good in Phil's shots. I didn't get any with your wheels in the sun, I think that's half the problem. Needs some more light to get the true colour.

Yea the daytime shots from legit cameras seem to capture it much easier.

Yes, the holes will likely be covered up with some small vinyl stickers soon since a full/proper debadge is nowhere in my budget lol
