Bumped into a black Gen 2 SPEED 3 at first Markham place parked near it at 7ish and we left about the same time...honked and waved before he went south bound onto 404 from hwy. 7

about 15 mins ago saw a beautiful blue speed hatch with a roof rack and mazda speed rims on hwy 7 about to enter 427 south, the car also said hooligan i believe on the back windshield.
