silver linings playbook = surprising performances from the entire cast
Got a chance to go see Hansel and gretal witch hunters and really enjoyed it! The animations and graphics are extremely well done and one of the witches is really hot (I won't tell you which one, but pretty sure you will figure it out...).
Went to see Identity Thief yesterday. Was funny, but not worth seeing at the theater.. I would have rather seen it on BluRay and then got to see all the bloopers/outakes afterwards..
Also went to see Gangster Squad a week ago.. loved it.. better than The Departed.. very similar to L.A. Confidential.. but seriously, it was perfectly casted IMHO.
On my to see list..
Once it's on DVD..... Finally going to see Skyfall soon lol.
Hit and run really funny ,
And warm bodies at the movies with the gf was not bad at all.
"A Good Day to Die Hard" - the script was probably only a few pages, double spaced, but a lot of vehicular action and guns.
"Warm Bodies" - interesting take on the Romeo and Juliet story
watched skyfall last night. wasnt that bad.
I don't think it was bad, but it wasn't the best Bond ever.
I saw it last night. But I have to disagree. Although the throw backs were clever and funny, it just seem like they took up the story. And the villain showing gay intentions towards 007 when he was tied up in the chair? Yes it was a fresh idea, but it wasn't in the realm of the James Bond franchise. IMO. I didn't enjoy it as much as I did all the previous films.
I was wondering why it came out on DVD/BR so quickly after just coming out in theatres less than 5 months ago. I kinda saw why.
Just watched Walk Hard this afternoon in class.
Watched "Django....the D is silent"
Great movie...funny....tarantino did it again.
A Good Day to Die Hard.
Turn off your brain, and it'll be a decent action comedy.
Cloud Atlas - an entertaining sci-fi/fantasy romp that is a variation on the Pulp Fiction narration.
Argo - a surprisingly entertaining thriller but I can't see it being an Oscar winner.
Man With the Iron Fist - if you enjoy Shaw Bros films, this will keep you in sh*t & giggles
Pitch Perfect - big screen version of Glee...that barely makes the audition cut
Dredd 2012 - finally a proper adaptation of the comic book series
To Rome With Love & From Paris With Love - great Woody Allen double bill that brought back plenty of back packing memories; funny and touching
All 4 movies of the TMNT series lmao
Watched Death Race 3 last night on netflix. Just ok.
bullet to the head.... friggen craaaaazy good! stallone is still rockin it
Watched "Sex Drive" Unrated on TV. Simply because Clarke Duke is in it and somehow he's always funny. the unrated version is jokes. out takes during the movie and they digitally edited in a few naked chicks just to walk by, with nothing to add lol
In line with a National Lampoons, American Pie or Road Trip
Was on IFC I believe, which means it will be on many more times
Wreck it Ralph - one of the best animated films to come out of Disney ( excluding their Pixar division) in quite some time. Great storyline, engaging characters and in my case a nostalgic trip through gaming evolution.
