I debate everyday but you know how many times they have saved me at work and at gym with stupid idiot smashing their door into mine!

Does the strip actually protect the door for u? I'm on S-techs, and I think its too low to do anything for me. I just pulled mine off a few days ago and love the look.

Oh the topic of shaving the door molding, I noticed today that there is a dent on my door that I think was not there before:flaming. However it looks like the dent is at least a good 4-5 inches above where the molding used to be. FYI.

sweet ride man grille changes the whole car! i thought the same thing about the door moldings then did a test at school not even the smart car was low enough to be stopped by them
