Re: NATOR T.O Install Days
I dont own a MS3 and its probably quite simple, but I wouldnt mind a hand removing my front bumper and installing my supertones. May put in my new GV grill too if I'm done wrapping it by then
Re: NATOR T.O Install Days
Just awaiting for my FMIC then we can do a whole production.

I believe Mr Wilson knows how to do this, but I'm willing to help out as well.

sounds good, which FMIC did you go with?

Re: NATOR T.O Install Days
I'd be up for intake/valve cleaning. My car could probably use it and would be good to see how it's done. Also I still have shifter bushings I need to install that, while easy, would be nice to have a second pair of hands for.
Re: NATOR T.O Install Days
+1 for valve cleaning too. Also might pick up a set of solid shifter bushings soon, would be nice to see how to install 'em.
Re: NATOR T.O Install Days
I was thinking about the shifter bushings for my car too.
where did you pick them up and how much were they?
Re: NATOR T.O Install Days
I know you're not asking me, but here's where I got mine.

I got it w/ the JBR ssp and the shift knob.

Got mine from James Barone Racing when I bought my short shifter plate and weight, paid about $100 for it all.
+1 for valve cleaning and FMIC, hopefully I have time when it arrives.

TBH, I don't really remember how it felt without the bushings and also I installed everything at the same time.
Having said that, the shifts feel a lot more solid. Getting to the bottom of the shifter is pretty annoy, so while you're at it you can prob adjust the shifter cable too.
Try it out at the next meet or whatever.
Re: NATOR T.O Install Days
Ok I'm ordering those shifter bushings right now.
Ice_man when mine arrive, I'll give you a hand
actually, before I order them, is there anyone else interested so we can pay shipping only once (it's only 5 bucks so who cares really) if you want a set I don't mind ordering one for you
Re: NATOR T.O Install Days
nevermind, the bastards added shipping to each item

Hmmm... actually, I've been wanting to order an EGR block-off plate. So if you don't mind, throw that in and I'll send you money or pay you next time I see you.
BTW, try PM'ing Jamie on MSF first, might be able to get a discount or something.
Re: NATOR T.O Install Days
I could also make those bushings no problem. Just need 1 sample piece to measure

along with the EGR block-off plates...
nothing wrong with anything that JBR makes, but simple shit like this, we should have a steady local supply so guys don't have to wait til seasonal GB happen, etc.
Re: NATOR T.O Install Days
I can help with getting the bumper off no problem......may need an electrical person for the wiring.......don't know why, but I'm still amazed I did it.
After doing mine, FMIC's are a pinch and I've done the shifter bushings before as well.
I have a Cobb RSB that needs to go in.

The 2010 bumper is easy to remove. I can help you with that any time if you've got room to do it.
Re: NATOR T.O Install Days
I need to clean my throttle body (i think), MAF sensor and wouldn't mind doing a seafoaming
Re: NATOR T.O Install Days
Also need to do valve and intake cleaning.
Maybe short shifter plate as well, trying to decide if I want to go that route or save for the full replacement .
