Had my '04 hatch in at Direct last week for an oil change and coolant flush (100k service), and today for trailing arm bushings.
No complaints on the service, everything went smooth. They were able to process my suspension issues on my extended warranty no problem. Got a ride to and from work both times, shuttle service was efficient and friendly.
Previously I was taking it to Gyro Mazda for warranty service, but got so fed up with their desk staff that I had to go elsewhere. Direct's desk staff aren't exactly jumping out of their seat to greet you, but they were professional and straightforward.
Looked like a few people have had bad experiences here, so I thought I would share my positive experience. I've only been there twice so far, but I'll be back for sure - so far so good!![]()
