if in the 400's i would suggest building your bottom end, at least thats what i'd do more for piece of mind and longevity

2 step colder plugs not 1 step colder
good tune will also require to run Ultra 94 (Mspeed won't have it any other way, and for good reason)
copper nuts and new studs
new turbo, manifold and downpipe gaskets
depending on how much boost you're running, upgraded MAP sensor
upgraded MAF possibly

oh and if you half ass it and blow up, it's good to have a whole other engine lying around waiting to be put in
