Dumbest accident ever.

Leaving the movies tonight at 1am (saw the hobbit) and I get in an accident. I was following a red car and we came to a roundabout. She decides to stop in the middle of the roundabout, put the car in reverse and drive into my car, despite my frantic honking and light flashing. Even worse, she doesn't stop at first contact, but plows into me on an angle for another foot.
I'm stuck in my car, as she is now right up my left side. She gets out, starts yelling at me for being in the way. She got back in her car, moved forward so I could get out, then yells at me some more. Once she's finished I asked why she decided to back up in a roundabout. Her answer? She thought the snow plow was coming into the roundabout towards us.

Does anyone have a desk I can bash my face into?

As long as she tells the officer what she said to OP, then yes. If not, there's no walking in the park for this one, unless there's a witness or video footage.

By chance, did that round-a-bout have stop or yield signs? Cause even though what she did was stupid, the report can go her way for you being there when you're not supposed to be...

cars that are outside of the roundabout have to yield to cars already in it. op was behind her so this definitely doesn't apply. but still, if she lies it could look like op rear ended her, unless that snow plow acts as a witness.

Not unless there were Stop signs. Which I hope for OP's sake that's not the case. Once you see a 4 way stop sign, even if it's a round about, you have to treat it as such.

Just yield signs. It was a 3-exit roundabout and her and I entered from the same spot.

That's just plain stupid. The fact that she kept going into your car (giggity) may help your cause, but I hope it works out for you.

Cleaned the dirt and snow off this morning and there is almost no damage. Looks like she hit my back left wheel and then kept going into the bumper for about 2 inches. Just a small scuff in the clear coat. Thank god it was slippery out otherwise my car may have pushed back lol.

Damn people eh! Saw somebody pulled a "Ragu" yesterday. This lady, in an STI is stopped at an intersection, a Ford truck just behind. The STI just decided to back up, hitting the truck intentionally while everybody was honking at her (yeah even me).

That's why dash cams nowadays are a must.

Unfortunately, I won't get one anytime soon. My wife flipped when she saw a new lip-spoiler in it's box today. She hates it, as well as the changes I've done to our car so far (the Axela badge, CS interior LED lights, CS license plate kit), none are even mods anyways. Nevertheless, she refuses the idea of getting tints, dash-cam or rims. I've been put on notice, or the car will be sticker-bombed with lilacs and hello-kitties.

But to be back on topic: Hope it works out. I was in a similar sticky situation when a driver backed into our car 1 month after purchasing her. The other driver took his fancy ass time to finally confess to his insurance company. In these cases, it rests solely on their word if no police report is made.
