This one? Not that good of a deal...it's a tiny jack (like the little 2 ton ones you see all the time) not a full size one.

No, they're between 2700-3300lbs depending on model and features.

The thing with those little jacks is just stability, lift height, easy of lifting, reach under the vehicle, etc. The one he's talking about won't be able to put the car on jack stands from the rear center jack point for instance.
