Looks great steve. If you want to take a leap of faith, I'm going to try selling my old AE bumper -- of course it requires some body work and of course rebar work lol. Once that's done though its fitment is very good, better than my new one.

Thanks Mitch, I debated the AE bumper in the past but I don't really like how it looks in white. Not sure why. If I had a dark car I'd probably jump on that

Had my fenders rolled last night and installed my spacers. Did not end well. Looks like I'll have to replace the drivers side fender... Anyway for now it looks fine.

How'd they mess up? It's a huge job to replace the rear fenders. It's the largest body panel.
Modifications? I've forgotten more than I remember. Click here for the list.

The inner separated from the outer and pulled away. There's crease along the arch.

Does your work block Flickr? The damage isn't shown. I'll post a pic later today.

Have your quarters been done before? I was under the impression that (From the factory) the Mazda 3 fenders were one piece?
That being said I will eventually need a drivers side quarter too (patch panel is failing) and has already lasted longer than I expect after my initial roll.
Blain did it yes?

Yeah Blain did them. They were repaired this spring, I'm assuming the second piece was added to strengthen the lip.
So I'm going to try to seal the area and keep them as is, but I think it will have to be replaced before long. Either that or... Well... Something else... Haha

Yeah, rolling repairs is a pain in the dick.

You've been that low without your fenders rolled all this time? Cant imagine lol.

Yeah the offset and tire with saved me. If I were any wider or lower I would have chewed my tires.
Anyway, ZG flares.

YES to those flares!

Looked wide enough in pictures.

Fenders are two piece, found out after I took the dremel to them. Used a silicon sealant and haven't had an issue yet.

The way I see it, hopefully I sealed the quarter properly and I'm left with a small barely-noticeable crease on the fender arch. Alternatively, I can attack the lip with a grinder/dremel and cut away all the extra inside and reseal. If not, I will have to send it to a body shop to get that quarter cut out and replaced, and that panel repainted.

Your dad knows what's up

any pics of the fender damage.

I dropped the rear all the way today. At least I think so... kind of hard to tell with KW's. Also spun the fronts down. Rear fender is at 23 1/4", front is at 22 5/8".
A friend of mine will be machining my spacers to fit properly in the next week or so and I'll FINALLY be set up for the year.
