Might've been you too? LOL I'm so confused. I was in both areas around that same time, and definitely waved to someone in a gen2 white hatch (can't remember if it was a speed or not) waiting to turn left at the lights off of Hurontario. Car had a relocated plate on the drivers side with a smoked cover.

Yes I was standing there with a bunch of people. That's where we wait for our dragonboat practice before we hop onto the boat. We were actually standing/sitting in the trunk of my car
