bad news, nothing major... just unfortunate:
after dropping my car off at APH this morning, i recieved a call from Brian about an hour later, apparently my accessport screen wouldnt turn on, but when connected to the computer it was functioning just fine. So he tried tuning it through the ECU directly and it crashed. So it has now been shipped out to cobb (Both ECU and AP). The ECU they will unlock for me for free, the AP just needs a new screen which costs $20. So Cobb said i should have everything back on tuesday. Thats really not the issue.. the issue is Brian is now on vacation on the 9th, and will be back in the office the 19th! so i have to wait almost two weeks to get my car again. Oh well, im used to this delaying of my vehicle being readyPositive side: Less mileage + Gas on the car, and i should have my harness and hub in by the time the car is ready.. Bad: may be snow by that time! oh well.. fingers crossed for when he returnes.. and everything goes smoothly.

Please for safety don't install that harness, if you get into a collision it will severely injure you. I strongly urge you to cancel your order or sell them if you already have them. I don't even know why those are still being offered to the public, or anyone for that matter.
I had a whole big lesson in harness belts this year after denied access to the track from having an unsafe installation.
The only harness you should be putting in the car is a Schrothe Rally 3 or 4. The Rally 3 is preferred.
Anything other then those two harnesses will require a welded on harness and rollbar and must be 5 or 6 pt, 6 point preferred.

point taken, just 3 cents, duly noted, food for thought
step 1. stop putting more mods into your car
step 2. learn to drive your car
take it from celest and fubawu, you can add too many things to your car to the point where that edge is no longer gradual, and takes a lot of skill to be able to drive. I think its safe to say you have zero driving experience, and that you have now put yourself in a very dangerous situation.
Ian law runs an excellent track school, or there's the bridgestone racing academy costs. Its apples to oranges, rear wheel drive formula car and a heavy front wheel drive car, but there are still universal fundamentals that you should be learning first.

Oh damn, that sucks. Oh well, I stopped reading the Speed section because according to certain people only speed owners are allowed to even look at that section.
Alex you're right on that one. Fubawu has more experience driving then me and even he says my car is more than handful to drive. His car is stockish and is about 10% faster then mine around the track.
1. thanks for the concern, i can handle my car just fine, you may think otherwise but thats your opinion.
2. I discussed harnesses with celestspeed and i have mentioned that these harnesses are just for show.

The safety harness Celestspeed3 informed you about that and good on him. Breakfasteatre is more or less taking out his jealousy and anger on you for doing all this to your car and not having "mad" skillz to back it up. Some people get the skills and training then the upgraded equipment, where you have done the opposite. This does not mean you are wrong in doing so but it is not the conventional way of doing things so you will get some backlash.
Just be safe, know your limits and get professional training/practice so you get better.

will be on the lookout for this beast next year at the track. hopefully the tune goes well when Brian gets back.
as others have said, increasing driver skill is the best way to get faster and safer lap times.
