    Glad you're ok. Those are always scary situations.....

    If you can wait until March, I will sell you my 2010 speed 3 with 52,000km on it. One owner and all service done at the dealer. No mods. Never driven hard. Dealer is offering me $15,000 on a trade in. Match it and its yours!

    trust me it would still be your fault 2 years ago a driver cut me off only causing me to lose control of my car and hit a pole and into a ditch i told the officer a driver cut me off and hit the front of my car ... he reported as what you said but the insurance company put me as fault since they need someone to blame.. so good luck!

    Darkice is right.
    In the eyes of the law, you're probably not at fault. In the eyes of the insurance company, you're at fault (who else would pay for repairs?). So either your premiums go up or you get to make use of the forgiveness program (Statefarm, etc).
