When you're looking down the driveway, a white ridge with a white-ish road behind it can very easily disguise the presence of the ridge. There is no shadow or visual difference between the two if you're not looking carefully.

A ridge of snow high enough to stop a car is enough to see 100% of the time. If you can't see it you shouldn't be driving. That's not to say getting stuck on it won't ever happen, I've made runs at things I shouldn't before lol

Well got these on Friday and installed them Sunday. I love it. Now I want Halo's. love the look and can't wait to see how its gonna look with the tints and the drop (which will happen once my buddies uncle says I can use his shop and hoist ). God modding can be addicting.
They say I'm an addict but I don't have a problem with alcohol or drugs. I'm an addict because I can't live without bass. Car audio is my addiction. And it will never change.

Jaimie - once you sort out tire offset and springs, I can still help you put them on still...although it would be best if it's warm/spring time. It's a shame we couldn't do it last year.

Much appreciated but I got a hoist and shop to do it in this year however when its time to put the summers on ill be coming down to see if these tires work. Got a new set for 25 bucks *60% tread on them and they are at least an inch shorter then the other ones. I'm hopeful.

LoL I'd place my bets on Bubba being able to do it faster than a shop could with a hoist.

Lol quite possibly but no I'm not getting a shop to do it. A buddy of mine has an uncle who has a full shop with tools and a hoist in which I can use to change the springs.

Well had to work in the cold today. I crack my bumper crack my lower grill plus the plastic undertray/guard. I had to zip tie the plastic guard to the bumper so it wouldn't be dragging on the floor and me being embarrassed of people looking at me while I drive

I had the plastic guard issue 3 different times. Fixed it twice then third time the metal bar piece snagged one of those cables on the road to show how many cars drive on it and ripped it right out. Ever since then I left it and still going fine.

    There's a bit of a story. Wasn't that I wasn't paying attention.
Rushing to get my daughters to swim lessons. Ran to car.
Got in car. Back window kinda frosted over. No people behind me. All good. Backed up. Remembered I didn't entirely shovel driveway at end. So I pulled up a bit and backed out on an angle to avoid the area not shoveled. When I hit snow I just assumed I was at the area I didn't shovel yet.
    Was very very wrong.

I already lost that metal bar in the back a LOOOONG time ago. Now it's the front that got all destroyed. I need a new one!

Yea it was installed. I just got fed up with doing it 3 times in not even 2 years lol. This was before I started doing my own work on my car.

Broke my #3 passengers motor mount lol. Jimmy found a crack during my last servicing. Bought a new one at MoT this afternoon and they honored the tm3 discount with no problems. I walk in the door and everone at the reception desk says hi and complementary have a nice day on my way out. Very friendly service.

Brooo what do you do? Side job as a mazda3 snow plow? Lol. Sorry to hear about the lip though. Maybe reinforce some more meshing or something. Things like this make me second think lowering my car in the winter lol.

When mine let's go I'll be picking up the corksport skidtray. Too many hits from solidified rocks falling off of trucks on the highway.

Yea that doesn't sound like a bad idea. I just got fed up with the whole spending all that money. And the problem is in Guelph its either winter or construction. So many raised manholes, pot holes, terrible roads etc etc. It all just came down to eff it I'm done haha. And greyseason I wanna hear the new idea lol. Or I got one. Get a metal or plastic snow shovel, leave like a half a foot of the wood handle thing, tape it to the metal part of your bumper and away you go hahaha.
