I'm with the co-operators. I pay about $250 a month with a G2 license. I have a clean record but i pay more because I'm a young driver with my license being a G2 and having it only for a year and a bit. I have a 2007 Mazda3 GT.

This year is $360 a month liability only

$159 on 2014 Mazda3 GS, TD insurance.
$500 a month. G license 1 accident 3 tickets

I hope I never have an insurance rate that's higher than my lease/finance rate per month. *finds wood to knock

I got my insurance renewal yesterday, $330/month with corporate discount compared to last year's $180/month. It's because my dad got 2 minor speeding ticket last year...
I'm going take him off my policy since he doesn't even drive my car.
I shopped around $215/month was the best I could find![]()

Just got my insurance renewed earlier this week, I'm glad the premium went down to 120/month![]()

Bought a new truck. Got a quote for $122/month. Had it all set up. Then the guy offers a quote for home insurance, so I figured why not I'm already on the phone. I started answering questions and he asked me what I do for a living. I said I work in construction. He told me that counts as 'commercial' use of a vehicle, since I'm not permanently working at one job site. Apparently they cannot insure me at all, now, because they don't offer commercial insurance. What kind of bs is that?! I made it clear that I'm only driving to work and not using the vehicle to get work done, but that doesn't matter apparently.
The next cheapest company I could find was $170/month, which is a major jump from 122.

I think they're talking about driving to different job site locations vs one set location every day. Still stupid.
