Bumper fix ideas?

Decided to rehash a painful memory today... Rear ended a pick up truck some few years ago trailer hitch went right thru the bumper and since it was almost dead center I just got new plates and cover and it's like it never happened... I can just leave it alone and forget about it again, but I wouldn't mind relocating my plate and would need to fix/mask the bumper first. Any idea of how to do it with out having to bondo and repaint the whole bumper? Can I slap some carbon fiber sticker on it? lol

Just put a plate holder to hide it?

That's what I been doing for a few years now.

They have bumper epoxy. Also, you can get some jb plastic weld on top of it and just grind/shape it down. It' just plastic.

Won't look great but that with a cover would give you some structural strength if that's what you care about.

I used it on my old ford taurus with a broken side mirror (jb plastic weld) and it hardens like rock. Probably more strength than the original plastic.
