It's not "okay" in the sense that he would get a ticket for that move. In this case it was "okay" because he judged the situation correctly and he was safe to go, legal or not. The general public is not capable of using judgement and so everyone freaks out when someone does something that is perfectly safe but technically against the law (rolling stop, speeding, etc)

I wouldn't advocate for what this guy did, but we've all been there at 3am at a red light for 5 minutes. There's nothing unsafe about going through it if the way is clear.

Came across this idiot on Sunday. Tailgating, changing lanes in an instant, but with no foresight and ends up stuck behind other people. So I got a fair bit ahead of him by getting through traffic safely.

Later he ends up behind me again (2:12). I know it looks like I intentionally cut him off as payback. In all honesty, I knew he would switch to the left lane and was expecting it. However, immediately before I started to switch to the left lane I saw he was still behind me in the center lane, I checked my left blind spot, and started to move over - at exactly the same time he started to move. I didn't see him accelerating at first as I was looking left. However for being an ******* previously I didn't give in and decided to see how big of an ******* he was (I didn't speed up to block him either). The results speak for themselves.

The only downside with mine is extracting the rear video. Hence why I had to just record my computer screen during playback.

I insert the video into sony vegas and then use the feed i want.. trying to figure out how to overlay the videos.

Im sorry Reddie1337, I was pretty angry that they pushed us like this but I cant really drive fast with stretched tires and I was getting used to my air ride suspension.

As you can tell I was on a soft setting that car was bouncing up and down.

I am far from home so if I pushed my car hard and something happened I would be SOL for returning home.

Wow, It's ones like these that make me want to get a dash cam, if you hit him it would of been your fault if there wasn't proof, but with the video you would probably be in the clear.

Driver was a dumbass for sure, but if Josh had hit him he still would have been at fault. It is your responsibility to avoid all obstacles.
