I wouldn't have that fear. One week in Michigan might destroy said rims lol. They might not steal your rims if they split in two.

You know, I thought of that too, and it makes me feel much more comfortable. Also that people here like big 22" chrome rims. Not some powdercoated tuner rims. So maybe I'll be okay?..

Speaking of lug nuts...maybe I'll just run 5 different lock nuts on each wheel...just to be safe

I know but you don't need anything more than a jack to get the wheels off if there's no bolts/lugs

To be fair, I was thinking about it, but then I was like, why would I do that on stock rims?

    That and it's expensive...

If someone wants your wheels or your car, they will have it of they are good enough

yeah but they'd be more likely to give up at the thought of breaking 20 locks vs going to the car next to him with a single lock on each wheel or none.

obviously if someone wants it they'll go for it, but locks aren't for keeping people out, they're for encouraging people to think it's not worth efford and to move on to another

I was more thinking of throwing the car on a flatbed and driving off with it

true, but given how low his car is, it'll be hard to get up a flatbed. we had to stack 2x4's just to get up high enough to get my low profile jack under his car

Agreed. But the OCD in me can't stand just having one lock on each wheel either haha

The sacrifices you gotta make for driving around slammed lol

This summer won't be the same though. No more stance. As odd as it sounds, will be raising it up when I put my summer wheels on. Hoping to get more drive-ability out of the car this year, and running as low/stiff as I currently am in these Michigan streets won't leave me with a functional car for much longer.

That's the plannnn. But while I run it to the ground, why not enjoy driving it too it may look like crap, but I don't necessarily have to let it drive like crap
