You would be entirely at fault. How do I know? That accident happened to me when I was 19. The lady even tried to sue me.
I even had 6 witnesses waiting with me when the cops showed up. Didn't matter that she ran the red light, apparently I failed to make sure it was safe to turn left.

There was, however, a milk transport truck that was able to come to a stop in time, so I couldn't even see her lane. She came flying out from beside the milk truck and I clipped her rear driver side.

Yeah. My buddy has this type of thin happen when I was younger, basically it was failing to make sure it was clear. Even though the Camry totally blew a red light, it was your job it make sure it was safe to turn left. Stupid rule even when their light was red as well.

Every street is known for last minute yellow light runners and in those cases I always assume there will be that one idiot that will floor it. Always wait until the cars in the oncoming are nearly stopped (under 20 kph).

Yesterday in brampton, i was about to enter a green light at an intersection, when a person turns into my lane from the left turning lane AND COMES TO A COMPLETE STOP thinking it was a 2 lane left turn. I slam the brakes, hoping not to get hit from behind, because nobody stops in a green. Holy horns galore. I was thankful the other drivers were aware of their surroundings.

Something else happened last night, but i forget what it was.

Than this evening, while going down a single lane road that is under construction, the driver in front of me made the mistake of thinking there was road, where there was no road. His 2 wheels went off the road, scraped the under side of the car, sent sparks everywhere than landed on all 4. I thought he was going to roll because the drop is about 5ft. He was fine and we laughed about it.

Look at this idiot I ran into coming home from work today. Normal traffic, having a conversation with my mother whom I just picked up from downtown. Coasting a long, giving plenty of space or my safety net as if I was driving a manual and then this guy cuts me off very close... well watch the video to hear his opinion lol. Blame me for flipping him off after he cut me off, i'm fine with that. Just posting for your entertainment! Funny there was a cop there too

What a douche. This is my daily struggle driving a bus. I leave a large space in front of me because surprise I have a much larger stopping distance than a car. Yet idiots constantly cut in front leaving me no safe stopping distance. Unfortunately one day someone is going to learn the hard way.

I know your pain, you should try driving a bus along downtown Toronto streets lol. Asshats in cars, jay walkers, bicyclists they all think they can jump in front of your bus and you'll stop...I won't do over 30kph, otherwise there'd be dead people.

I do downtown Toronto too and it's needlessly stressful. People act like such idiots around a bus that could kill them. I take it you drive for the red one? My condolences, you have it rough brother.

There are so much drivers like these. And what if you hadn't stop? We need to think for other drivers while we are driving. I know what I want, and where I'm going, but don't know them..
