Yes it is... but when APC and others started copying the taillight style for every other car, the lights became widely known as "Altezzas". So he's referring to the general style of a chrome housing with red circles in it rather than to the actual IS300.

Even the IS300 now looks kinda ghetto, just because all the ricer's ruined the look.
