Finally had a chance to prepare both our Mazda 3s for pictures today... The blue one belongs to my mom and was purchased back in December 2006 from Scarboro Mazda. The Galaxy Grey one is mine and was purchased from The Biz about 3 weeks ago.

I took the last two days to install some Angel Eyes on my car. The installation was a PITA, but I think it turned out alright for my first attempt.

I still need to go over my silicon job and clean up the visible portion.

Pics definitely look great! Now you need to match your fogs to your angel eyes! Actually, do you already have aftermarket fog light bulbs in there, or is it just the camera?

Thanks. I love the look of it.

I already have aftermarket HID-matching halogen bulbs, but they are only 4000K. Heck, even my OEM Xenon low-beams are 4300K. Looks like I will have to eventually upgrade both to 7000K to match the Angel Eyes.

Although most of you have seen these pictures already, I've decided to consolidate everything here. :-)

The latest modification was done last week... HID fogs! I love em!

The bumper comes off yet again...


Ballasts ready for installation...


Xenon bulbs have been installed...


Driver-side ballast was attached to the stock airbox...


Passenger-side ballast was attached to the windshield washer fluid container...


Bumper has been reinstalled. Take note of the silicon sealant. Those bad-boys better not leak EVER (knock on wood)...


Installation finished. This is the colour of the bulb when they first ignite. They are actually blueish (around 6000K) rather than the green depicted... Ignore the ghetto ramps.


Final product... The installation took approximately 30 minutes.

Hey, just wondering. Where did you relocate the driver ballast to after you removed the stock airbox? And is your passenger ballast just put on with double sided tape?
