    I hear the transfer kit comes with the 120GB hard drive as well.

    I thought I recall reading somewhere that Microsoft was going to send the transfer cable to Elite buyers but I can't seem to find the right link!

    As far as I know they are only good for one use...how they manage that I couldn't tell you.

    It's funny how a "free" kit ends up costing me $13 for shipping. I don't see why Microsoft couldn't have used USPS or covered the shipping charge knowing that someone like myself has just bought a second 360.
