I know that the forward tilting headrests are for the safety of the driver to reduce whiplash. However, in many cases they can cause neck cramps and other problems. I know that one solution is to tilt the seat back more, but I'd rather have my back straighter when driving than a so called "gangsta lean".
Has anybody replaced the Mazda3 headrests with say a Protege one or other car? I know that some people who hate forward tilting have put Accord headrests in place of their civic ones. Too bad the Mazda 3's don't have adjustable tilt.
